Orders & Shipping

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free on every order to UK addresses, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. The Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland may take 1–3 days longer.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not at the moment. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories.

Who pays for return shipping?

We do. All returns and exchanges are free — we send you a prepaid return label or arrange a free collection.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email contact@stirlingeco.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.

Riding & the Law

Can I ride an electric scooter on UK roads?

Under current UK law, privately owned e-scooters can only be ridden on private land with the landowner's permission — not on public roads, pavements or cycle lanes. Please check the latest rules before riding.

Do I need a licence for an e-bike?

No — as long as the e-bike meets the UK EAPC rules (motor of 250 W or less, assistance cutting out above 15.5 mph) and you are 14 or older. Each product page lists the motor power and assisted speed.

How far can I ride on one charge?

It depends on the model, rider weight, terrain and weather. Each product page shows the manufacturer's estimated range; real-world range is usually a little lower.

Do the products come assembled?

Scooters usually only need the handlebar stem folded up and secured. Most e-bikes arrive 85–95% assembled and need the handlebar, pedals and front wheel fitted.

Payments & Warranty

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and the other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Are prices in pounds?

Yes. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP, £) and include VAT where applicable.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, on top of your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will handle the claim with you.
